1. What are the requirements for Netflix Watch Now?

A PC running Internet Explorer 6+. Windows XP or Vista, Windows Media Player 11+, and a Broadband internet connection. 3GB free hard drive space, 512 MB of RAM, and 1.0 GHz. Macs and other browsers (such as Firefox) are currently not supported. However, most Windows systems have all the above requirements.

2. Which Netflix subscription plans qualify for unlimited movie streaming?

Any plan that comes with unlimited DVDs per month (currently any plan $8.99/mo and up) come with unlimited instant watching privileges.

2. Does my Netflix Queue or DVD's I have out affect my instant movies watching?

No. Instant movies and your DVD queue are unrelated. If you watch a movie online, it will not remove it from your queue. They work seperately.

3. What can I expect for video quality?

The speed of your internet connection affects your video quality - it is automatically adjusted according to your network connection. Before playing the movie, Netflix runs a small test to determine this. The faster your connection, the better your video quality.

4. What if I have problems viewing my movies or have any more questions?

Netflix subscribers have an extensive Help center, so once you're a member you can find help. Netflix also offers costumer service by email or phone.
